The process is simple:
Call us at 1 888 842-5033 or 1 506 854-7339 and let us know briefly about your situation. If your problem is not medical in nature and if you can be helped without a complete, in-person assessment, we will send you a Footech impression kit by mail.
If you have a medical condition (diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis), a complicated problem, one that requires a full assessment or is otherwise not appropriate for this service, we will help you get the service you need.
